Andrew Green serves as Assistant Executive Director at Shepherd Community Center, where he has spent 19 years in leadership roles. With a background in youth work and social work, Andrew is committed to strengthening communities and helping individuals and families thrive.

Mark Lynch
Mark Lynch serves as Director of Advocacy at Indy Hunger Network, where he works to advance solutions to hunger and food insecurity across Central Indiana. An ordained minister in the United Church of Christ, Mark also serves as Mission Pastor at Metanoia UCC. His work brings together advocacy, faith, and justice to strengthen communities and address the root causes of hunger.

Bailey Schwartz serves as Indiana State Organizer with Bread for the World, working with faith communities and local leaders to advance policies that help end hunger. Drawing on social work, faith, and lived experience with food assistance programs, Bailey advocates for equitable food access.

Rabbi Aaron Spiegel serves as Executive Director and President of the Greater Indianapolis Multifaith Alliance, bringing faith communities together to address pressing challenges. A longtime housing equity advocate, he works to address eviction and homelessness through collaboration and advocacy.

Fred Glass, President & CEO of Gleaners Food Bank, is an attorney and civic leader with a long history of public service. He previously served as Chief of Staff to Governor Evan Bayh, led Indianapolis’ Capital Improvement Board, and served as Indiana University’s Athletic Director. His 2021 book, Making Your Own Luck, explores personal empowerment, values-based leadership, and the early influence of his father’s commitment to feeding people in need.

Jeff Simmons serves as President & CEO of Elanco Animal Health, bringing more than 35 years of experience in animal health and life sciences. Under his leadership, Elanco works to advance animal health, food security, and access to safe, affordable, high-quality protein around the world. Jeff is also active in advancing human health and food security through board service with IU Health and HATCH for Hunger.

Daniel “Danny” Leckie serves as CEO of HATCH for Hunger, the nation’s largest nonprofit dedicated to increasing access to animal protein through the charitable food system. Since joining HATCH in 2021, he has helped grow the organization into a national network delivering more than 100 million protein-rich meals annually. Drawing on his background in agriculture, Danny works to build stronger, more resilient food systems.
