Sponsorship Opportunity - 2026 Community Fair
Each July, the Grace Care Center hosts a Community Fair to help prepare Central Indiana families to head back to school.
This Fair provides area children with backpacks, school supplies, and more, so that they can be ready to learn on their first day. The event is filled with fun and celebration, with free haircuts, free lunch, and more. In 2025, we welcomed 2,830 attendees!
Planning for the 2026 Community Fair is under way, and we’re looking for sponsors to support this event that serves thousands of children in our community!
Sponsoring the 2026 Community Fair
This year’s Community Fair, coming up on July 25, will provide families with free school supplies, backpacks, shoes, socks, haircuts, and vehicle tune-ups, as well as a celebratory lunch. The Choice Food Pantry will also be open that day.
Our Community Fair grows each year, and we’re anticipating at least 3,000 attendees in 2026. Sponsors help us meet this increased need, ensuring that no child has to go to school without the tools they need to succeed.

Community Fair Sponsorship Opportunities
We have several sponsorship opportunities available for the 2026 Community Fair. Keep reading to learn more, and email Cara with any questions!
Ready for School Sponsor (Two Available)
Level: $1,500 each
Details: Serve as one of two sponsors for our School Supplies tent, where each child goes to select their own backpack and school supplies like pencils, folders, notebooks, and more.
Step into Success Sponsor (Two Available)
Level: $1,000 each
Details: Serve as one of two sponsors for our Shoes tent, where every child is fitted for and receives a brand new pair of shoes, plus several pairs of socks.
Fresh Start Sponsor (Four Available)
Level: $500 each
Details: Serve as one of four sponsors of our Haircuts area, where children and family members are welcome to receive a free haircut from a professionally trained stylist.
Fuel for Learning Sponsor (Four Available)
Level: $500 each
Details: Serve as one of four lunch sponsors, which helps us provide a tasty meal to the families in attendance at the Community Fair.
Road to Opportunity Sponsor (One Available)
Level: $500 each
Details: Join Christian Brothers Automotive as a sponsor for the Vehicle Services area, where families are able to get oil changes and other basic maintenance done on their vehicles to keep them reliable.
What Sponsors Receive
In exchange for your support, every sponsorship opportunity includes several benefits. Through these benefits, your business or organization’s name will be in front of thousands of attendees, as well as the thousands of social media followers on the Grace Care Center and GCC Foundation platforms.
Each 2026 Community Fair sponsor will receive:
At least one mention on social media
A logo on the sign corresponding to their sponsored area
Inclusion in announcements during the event
A mention in our post-event recap blog
