Each year, the Heritage Classic Foundation hosts a Heritage Classic Memorial Golf Tournament. They aim to bring people of all ages and abilities together for a unique day of golf and fellowship while raising funds for various missions.

A portion of all funds raised at last month’s 28th annual tournament directly supported K-12 Food Rescue.

Grace Care Center named a Center for Working Families by United Way of Central Indiana with a $100,000 grant to expand co-op and wraparound support.

Summer 2025 was one to remember here at the Grace Care Center Foundation, thanks to so many incredible donors, volunteers, and partners.

Summer is a difficult time for families battling food insecurity and poverty. This week, Duke Energy stepped in to help in a big way with a $7,500 grant dedicated to providing critical summer support.

The grant is already fulfilling two immediate needs.

If you have visited Grace Care Center in the last four years, you’ve likely run into Andrew. Andrew is one of our dedicated volunteers who return, week after week, to form a community of support for our Care Center Friends. 

When families walk through our doors for the first time, we focus on filling their basic needs before anything else. United Way of Central Indiana recently announced that they will support our efforts through a Basic Needs Fund grant of $25,000!

This summer, hundreds of thousands of Indiana children may go hungry. 

Low-income families often have access to free or reduced-price school meals during the school year. In 2024, Indiana SUN Bucks (aka Summer EBT) provided 600,000+ children with $120 in grocery benefits for the summer–totaling more than $70 million in federal funding. 

But SUN Bucks support isn’t available in Indiana this year.

2024 was a year of breaking barriers here at Grace Care Center and the Grace Care Center Foundation. Together, we teamed up with our incredible partners, donors, and volunteers to meet the rising demand for our services and programs.

Grace Care Center teams up with @Heart & Soul Clinic to provide free preventative healthcare services to those who are uninsured or underinsured.

This partnership enables us to further fulfill our mission of providing holistic, sustainable care to families in Central Indiana.

Recently, I watched a family carefully choose items using about 35 pantry points. They spent 14 points on fresh produce—food that would have cost nearly $50 at the grocery store. Curious, I took a photo of their cart and visited my local store to match it.

On Monday, March 17, Grace Care Center hosted Indiana Mad Ants forward (and Purdue alum!) Dakota Mathias, who presented a team-signed jersey from December’s Dino Night promotion.

The Hamilton County Health Department recently announced their 2025 Health First Hamilton County Grant awardees. We are pleased to share that Grace Care Center’s Choice Food Pantry has been selected!

Northview Church recently blessed the Grace Care Center Foundation with an incredible gift that will make an immense impact on the lives of many living right here in Central Indiana.
